The room had a separate living and sleeping area and a kitchenette. Everything was very clean. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Very friendly staff. Very good also the underground parking. Although not cheap.

The internet here is a scam, a mere 2 minutes of free WiFi? Each day turned into a needless €10 charge, awful! The breakfast confusion was laughable but I expected better. A complimentary towel, maybe? It's not much to ask, right? I almost left a glowing review but just couldn't! Very disappointing.

The room was not cleaned , and I was left without fresh towels. I experienced a malfunctioning toilet that was eventually repaired but continued to cause issues. The overall disorganization was evident when the front desk couldn't verify my return of a €25 deposit for an umbrella, despite me returning it the previous day.

The carpet in the sink area I find unhygienic and negative I noticed that there is no door between the rooms toilet / bath and sink / clothes rail. The breakfast buffet is reluctantly refilled, but on request, the staff immediately helped

The rooms are brand-new and spotless here with microwave, brewing up facilities, for instance. There is a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators.

Very spacious family room. Great breakfast buffet! The train station is just around the corner and in no time you are in the center of Munich.
The pull-out sofa for 2 children is quite narrow, for one night but ok. The mattresses of the double bed were unfortunately very hard.

Spacious family room with kitchenette was good! Cleanliness and helpful staff transformed my stay positively.
Internet was annoyingly slow, and the breakfast pricing felt excessive for what was offered. Better local options exist, definitely!

Great location in a very quiet, clean and green residential area. Lots of public parking places. Close to train station, restaurants, gas station, local shops. Very nice breakfast. 10km from the city center, it's much better with a car.
Awfully soft and feathery pillows, but it's like any other hotel... Scarce toiletries, if any at all, no slippers. Other than that - excellent value for the money!
